ठंडा पानी पीने से शरीर को कौन-कौन से नुकसान होते हैं
- आपका शरीर खाना पचाने और पोषण को अवशोषित करने की बजाए अपनी उर्जा को शरीर का तापमान बैलेंस करने में लगा देता है। इससे वॉटर लॉस होता है। प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली कमजोर होती है।
- भोजन के तुंरत बाद ठंडा पानी पी लेने से शरीर में अधिक बलगम जम जाता है, जिससे प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली का कार्य धीमा पड़ जाता है और आसानी से सर्दी और बीमारियां पकड़ने लगती हैं।
- जिस प्रकार से मिठाई को फ्रिज में रखने से वह जम जाती है उसी तरह से ठंडा पानी मल को जमा देता है जो पाइल्स या बड़ी आंत से सम्बन्धित रोगों का सबसे बड़ा कारण है। इससे मल कठोर हो जाता है।
- खाने के दौरान अगर आप ठंडा पानी या कोई अन्य पेय पीते हैं तो, वह खाने में मौजूद वसा को पेट के अंदर जमा देता है, जिससे शरीर को उसे पचाने में दोगुनी महनत करनी पड़ती है।
- कई लोग बोलते हैं कि ठंडा पानी पीने से शरीर की कैलोरीज़ ज्यादा बर्न होती हैं।
- कमरे के तापमान पर रखा पानी शरीर को तर रखता है। इससे खाना जल्दी पचता है, पेट अच्छी तरह से साफ हेाता है। यह खून को साफ करता है।
What are the disadvantages of the body by drinking cold water?
- Instead of digesting food and absorbing nutrition, your body invests its energy in balancing the body temperature. This causes water loss. The immune system is weak.
- Drinking cold water immediately after meals causes more mucus in the body, which slows down the immune system and easily catches cold and diseases.
- In the same way, freezing the sweets in the refrigerator, freezes it in the same way that cold water freezes the feces, which is the biggest cause of diseases related to piles or large intestine. This makes the stool hard.
- If you drink cold water or any other drink while eating, it stores the fat present in the food inside the stomach, due to which the body has to take double time to digest it.
- Many people say that by drinking cold water the calories of the body burn more.
- Water kept at room temperature keeps the body moist. It digests food quickly, cleans the stomach properly. It cleanses the blood.
